Returns

At E-Line Products Ltd we try our very best to describe our products accurately.We also try our hardest to describe our products clearly and as detailed as possible.

Nevertheless we recognise that for reasons beyond our control you may not be happy with your purchase e.g. a product may become damaged in transit, which is outside of our control. We would therefore ask you to contact us immediately, and no longer than 14 days after purchase, so that we can help try to resolve the situation for you.

If a refund is agreed then, to qualify for this, the item(s) must be in unused condition and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with the entire original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras.

 

When we receive the returned items our returns department will then check the return to see it meets the conditions of the agreed return. Returns are processed as quickly as possible and as soon as this is done confirmation is sent via email; whilst this should take a few days it can take up to 14 days.

  Earrings, belly bars or other items of pierced jewellery including toiletries and underwear cannot be returned unless they are found to have manufacturing faults. You should return it to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery or a similar recorded service, as this is then insured. You should also record and provide the tracking number.  Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply and customers are responsible for returns postage costs and all items should be returned to our registered office.
